Compact and self-stable buoyIntegrated GSM-GPRS / 3G options for data remote monitoringDynamic communication between several buoys

Battery powered Instrumented buoys

Instrumented Buoys with radio and optional 2G/3G/4G communication for lakes, rivers and seawater. The complete integrated solution for on-site or remote water quality monitoring

  • Compact and self-stable buoy
  • Digital technology for optimized measurement
  • Retrieving data by radio on-site and/or remotely with 2G/3G or 2G/4G (LTE-M / NB-IoT)
  • Integrated GSM option for monitoring data by internet or supervision
  • All in one solution water quality sensor, logger, modem

Available sensors :

  • Conductivity / Salinity / Temperature : BANV4-CE
  • pH / Redox / Temperature  : BANV4-PH
  •  02 / Temperature : BANV4-OX
  • Turbidity NTU-mg / l / Temperature : BANV4-TU

BANV4 : Instrumented buoys with radio & 4G communication

DISOLVED OXYGEN / TEMPERATURE : Optical technology based on luminescent optical technology. This sensor is approved by the ASTM International Method D888-05. Accurate measures in all situations and especially in very low oxygen concentrations. Body in Stainless steel or TITANIUM.

PH / ORP / TEMPERATURE : Digital technology, combined electrodes, calibration data inside the sensor.

CONDUCTIVITY / SALINITY / TEMPERATURE : The electrode works with a technology in 4 electrodes: an alterning current of constant-voltage is established between a primary’s pair of electrodes in graphite. The secondary’s electrodes in platinum allow of regulate the voltage imposed to primary’s electrodes to reflect of the fouling. The voltage measured between the primary’s electrodes is in function of the resistance of place and so, of the conductivity.

liste_arrow TURBIDITY / TEMPERATURE : The measure principle is based on infra-red nephelometry / 850 nm. The sensor can be calibrated with a formazin standard solution. The NTU sensor integrates a low-cost optical technology, with a very few maintenance and no consumables.

Radio communication

The headset is a radio transceiver to connect via USB to a computer. It allows secure direct radio connection (our Wiji protocol) with RFID to the buoys, to configure and retrieve data locally. This programming kit includes our configuration and analysis software Avelour

Remote data monitoring by 2G / 3G or 2G / 4G (LTE-M / NB-IoT)

The buoys can also send automatically data remotely if you choose the internal modem communication card option. The integrated data logger can retrieve data by radio from other buoys nearby and send them via GSM / GPRS to a SCADA or our web monitoring software Ijitrack.com.
